1. Platform and brand material
Rights in the Innotique Global name, logo, original website text, original designs, and proprietary platform material belong to Innotique Global or the relevant rights holder. Third-party software and assets remain subject to their own licences.
Access to the platform gives you permission to use its functions for their intended purpose. It does not transfer ownership of the platform or grant permission to reproduce its branding for another business.
2. Permitted use
You may view and use content for legitimate enquiries and authorised work. Where the platform permits it, you may download your relevant invoices, receipts, and work documents for business administration, subject to confidentiality and the rights of others.
For other reuse of Innotique Global material, ask for written permission. Nothing in this notice restricts a use permitted by applicable law or rights granted under a separate licence.
3. Customer and partner uploads
Uploading a document does not transfer its ownership to Innotique Global. The contributor must have the right to provide it and authorise its use for the relevant platform activity.
Customer reports, manufacturer material, photographs, software, and partner documents may belong to other rights holders. Do not assume that access to a file authorises publication, resale, or use outside the assigned service.
4. Brand use and infringement reports
Do not use the Innotique Global identity to imply an appointment, endorsement, or partnership that has not been agreed. Permission to describe an actual service relationship does not automatically grant a licence to use the logo.
To report suspected infringement, identify the material, its location, your rights or authority to report, and a contact method. We will review the report and may request supporting information.
