1. Scope and operator

These terms concern access to the Innotique Global website and platform, including account registration, ticket coordination, partner profiles, documents, and billing tools. The operator’s contact details appear below.

Project work, engineer engagements, pricing, payment terms, and service commitments are governed by the applicable quotation, order, or signed agreement. These website terms do not replace those agreements. Registration or a submitted application does not, by itself, confirm a service order or partner appointment.

2. Accounts and authority

Provide accurate account and company details, keep them current, and act only within your authority. If you represent an organisation, you must be authorised to submit its information and arrange work on its behalf.

Keep your login credentials private. Use your own account, sign out on shared devices, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Account permissions determine which records you may view or change.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the platform for legitimate enquiries, business administration, and authorised service coordination.
  • Do not bypass access controls, access another organisation’s records without permission, introduce malicious files, or disrupt the platform.
  • Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading records, send unsolicited bulk messages, or upload unlawful or infringing material.
  • Upload personal and confidential information only when necessary for the task and when you have the authority to share it.

4. Tickets, invoices, and payments

Check the details of tickets, assignments, prices, invoice parties, and receipts before submitting them. A recorded payment is an administrative record, not independent confirmation that a bank transfer has cleared.

Report discrepancies promptly. Financial and operational history may be preserved even if an account is closed or a ticket is cancelled. Corrections should follow the platform’s permitted edit or revision process rather than removing records needed for audit purposes.

5. Uploaded content and confidentiality

You retain any rights you hold in the material you upload. You permit Innotique Global and authorised service participants to use that material only as needed to operate the platform, deliver the agreed services, and meet applicable obligations.

Respect customer, partner, and engineer confidentiality. Do not reuse or disclose another party’s documents, contact details, or commercial information outside the authorised purpose.

6. Access restrictions and availability

Access may be restricted where reasonably needed to address a security risk, misuse, inaccurate registration, or a legal requirement. Where practicable, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to resolve it.

Maintenance, third-party outages, and technical faults may interrupt access. Closing an account does not automatically cancel an agreed service, waive an outstanding payment, or require deletion of records that must be retained.

7. Responsibility, applicable law, and changes

Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law and the relevant service agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights.

French law applies to these website terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Raise a concern with us first; any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction rules that legally apply, without imposing an exclusive court on consumers.

We may revise these website terms as the platform develops. The version and revision date identify the current text. Changes do not retrospectively alter a separately agreed service contract.
