1. Who handles your information

Innotique Global operates this website and service platform. Its address and contact email are listed below. For account administration, enquiries, and its own business records, Innotique Global determines the purposes of processing.

For customer-managed service data, responsibilities may also depend on the customer’s instructions and the applicable service or data-processing agreement. Contact us if you need to identify the organisation responsible for a particular record.

2. Information handled by the platform

  • Account and contact details: names, email addresses, telephone numbers, roles, company details, and login activity.
  • Service records: tickets, site locations, assignments, work reports, schedules, expenses, and related communications.
  • Billing records: invoice details, bank information, payment methods, amounts, and recorded receipts.
  • Application and onboarding material: professional profiles, coverage, qualifications, insurance information, and supporting documents supplied through the relevant forms.
  • Technical information associated with requests and security verification, including browser or network information and session identifiers.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Information is used to respond to enquiries, administer accounts, assess applications, coordinate agreed services, manage invoices and payments, and investigate faults or misuse.

Where applicable, processing is based on steps requested before a contract or performance of a contract, legal obligations for relevant records, or legitimate interests in operating and securing the service. Where we rely on consent for an optional purpose, that purpose must be explained separately and consent can be withdrawn.

Required form fields identify information needed for the relevant request. If those details are not supplied, we may be unable to create an account, assess an application, or arrange the requested service.

4. Who may receive information

Relevant details may be shared with authorised customer contacts, assigned engineers, service partners, and personnel involved in the work. Technical providers may process information needed to host, deliver, or protect the platform. Disclosure may also be necessary to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.

Access should be limited to the purpose and the user’s role. Third-party services used on particular pages, including security verification and externally loaded resources, may receive request information; their own notices explain their processing.

5. Retention and international processing

Retention depends on the record’s purpose, the service relationship, relevant accounting or legal requirements, and any unresolved dispute. Closing an account does not automatically erase invoice, payment, or work history. Ask us about the retention period applicable to a particular category.

The locations of hosting and service providers must be considered when information is transferred internationally. Where European privacy rules apply, a transfer outside the EEA requires an applicable lawful transfer mechanism. Contact us for details relevant to your information.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on the law and processing involved, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. These rights have conditions and exceptions, including requirements to retain certain records. Withdrawal of consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Send a request to the contact email below with enough information to identify the account or record. Do not send identity documents unless we ask for them through an appropriate channel. We may need proportionate identity checks before disclosing information.

Where GDPR applies, requests are normally answered within one month; permitted extensions will be explained. You may raise a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the CNIL in France.

7. Cookies and updates

The Cookie Policy explains session cookies, browser storage, and resources loaded from other providers. This notice may change when the platform or its processing changes; the revision date identifies the text you are reading.
